Let me train you in an innovative and fun training space at the cutting edge of technology: the Hybrid Fitspro room.

I have available classic equipment (TRX, swissball, Bosu, sandbag, kettle bells, …) and also technological equipment such as PRAMA wall and POLAR interface.

These equipments allow me to prepare ultra customized workouts according to your sporting abilities, your heart rate and your VO2max. Come live a UNIQUE experience!

Composed of muscle building, functional movements, as well as fun exercises, this course is for you if you want to physically spend to keep fit and socialize without necessarily seeking performance.

Stretching

Stretching, one for but to relax and stretch the muscles. It is a great way to release all muscular tension, build up to cause stress, bad postures or even to cause workouts. A relaxation session lasts between 25 and 30 minutes and it allows to control the range of motion and is extremely relaxing. If your day has started, be after a stretching session.
